Your first paragraph ...My cell phone started buzzing; it was my Dad calling. He was eighty years old and calling to talk about his shoulder and back pain. He wanted me to explain some exercises over the phone, so he could loosen up and get some sleep.
My Dad was the greatest; growing up, he was our baseball coach! As the years went by, functional fitness was not part of his day; during his later years, he was sedentary.
The last part of his life was in an assisted living facility. It was during this time that he had two serious falls. One was in the middle of his living room, and the next was in the bathtub; he was helpless until help finally arrived.

My athletic experience includes playing college football to the level of signing a professional contract in the Canadian Football League.
My competitive experience and education have always been assets for me as a coach, trainer, and Functional Fitness Specialist. Understanding the intensity of what it was like to be a high-level athlete is unique. My degree in Psychology, Physical Education, and Coaching has been the foundation of my coaching business.

When Covid began, I started training my clients online, and I still offer all the services you see above online! With my training videos, you can exercise in the comfort of your own home. No heavy equipment is necessary, just a chair and yoga mat; dress like you want, no gym fees, no travel time or gas expense, and share with a partner any time of the day!
Now that we are able, I coach in the afternoons at Sports West Athletic Club in Reno, Nevada! My passion is for you to be active, safe, and have fun as you Age; regardless of your situation or where you live, I can help.
